From arranging seamless airport transfers to warmly welcoming us with a refreshing drink, their hospitality was remarkable. the attention to detail in the room decor and cleanliness did not go unnoticed, creating a serene retreat in the heart of the city. the hotel's prime location allowed us to explore nearby attractions such as the Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and Trang Tien Plaza with ease. One evening, we indulged in a delicious Chinese meal at the in-house restaurant, savoring every bite of the flavorful dishes. the buffet breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day off right, setting a positive tone for our adventures in Hanoi.
